Wow does it feel great to be in rehearsal room again!

The energy, warm up exercises, bouncing of ideas, and all important poster paper and marker pens have brought back that feeling of creativity I’ve been missing!
Just for some context, we were due to carry out this R&D back in April, but the UK lockdown hit a few weeks before so the Arts Council very kindly extended our project deadline so we could postpone it to a safer time.
As associate artists at Oldham Coliseum, we’d been in close contact with the team over the summer as to when we might be able to come in to do the R&D, they’d pencilled some dates in for us and, in line with government guidelines, they allowed us access into the building for this week.
I’m really looking forward to seeing how the week goes, working with our amazing team of creatives, and developing a piece of theatre I’m excited to be a part of.
